SUNDAY PLEASURE WORKSHOP
Following the huge success of our first iGNANT Workshop, we’ve decided that it’s about time for another gathering. Join us on February 7th for a winter barbecue in the gardens of the LADEN, run by design manufacturer BUCHHOLZBERLIN and Lokal, in the heart of Berlin, where we’ll celebrate everything the season has to offer…
That’s why we’re teaming up with the chef of successfully-run restaurants Lokal, Chipperfield Kantine and recently opened LADEN, Gary Hoopengardner, to offer you a workshop based on cooking with fire using organic meat and regional produce.
In the private setting of LADEN’s backyard, we’ll not only learn more about the story behind the products, but also how to best set up the fire, what kinds of meat and vegetables to use, and how to prepare them to bring out the most delicious flavors. We’ll then roast the food hanging above a fire bowl over an open flame. Of course, there will also be a vegetarian option. At the end, we’ll enjoy our meal at a cozy family-style dinner around a communal table, equipped with punch, schnapps and warm blankets…
The 4-hour workshop will be taking place in Berlin at LADEN on Sunday, February 7th, 2016 at 2 pm
