Job Opening: Sales Manager At iGNANT Production


iGNANT is an award-winning online magazine featuring the finest in photography, design, art, architecture, fashion and travel. We are passionate about sharing a curated selection of the most captivating work from both established creatives as well as emerging talents.

In addition to publishing inspiring projects from around the world, iGNANT Production produces its own unique photo and video content. But we are much more than simply filmmakers and photographers: At iGNANT Production we offer a holistic creative package comprised of consultation, design and content. Our projects aim to not only reinvent what is within boundaries, but to move beyond them. This full service approach provides the client with all necessary elements from beginning to end: taking them from conception, to consulting and production — guaranteeing ease of communication and ensuring a coherent final product.

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our Berlin office. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about growing the iGNANT brand and developing our network of business partners. They should understand the brand, find partners to match it, pitch them and develop these relationships with strategic and innovative planning.

● Develop and take ownership for iGNANT Production’s new business strategy
● Seek and break new accounts and clients, combining your experience and connections with iGNANT’s brand strategy
● Ensure quarterly and annual revenue goals are met
● Brief iGNANT’s creative team on projects, and pitch creative strategies for marketing to clients
● Develop knowledge of the market climate to identify opportunities
● Monitor existing relationships to ensure contract renewals and to secure lasting brand partnerships

● 2+ years of proven professional sales, marketing and new business experience — ideally in a related field
● Interest in iGNANT’s content is mandatory
● Professional level in both German and English, oral and written language skills are required
● Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail
● A proactive, enthusiastic and strategic approach to work
● Experience in negotiation with high-ranking senior professionals
● Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and with ease
● Enjoyment of both the difficulties and rewards of a multi-disciplinary, creative solution sale
