NONI

Finland is a country of stark contrasts that have a profound effect on its inhabitants, surrounded as we are by a natural world that vacillates between harshness and sublime beauty. Contrasts such as light and dark, heat and cold, lack and abundance all affect our perception of the world and the things we create. Wherever we originally come from, living in such an environment has a profound effect on our perception and contributes to what could be considered a Finnish design aesthetic. Noni explores these themes from the personal perspectives of a group of young designers living in Finland.
