Jacquemus’ FW16 Campaign Elevates E-Commerce

For FW16, the rising star of the French fashion scene, Simon Porte Jacquemus combined campaign with commerce, creating an online boutique from the photo shoot featuring his clothing.

Set in the South of France and captured by the photographer Theresa Marx, the AW16 campaign sets a white set against a breezy shoreline, with washing lines displaying pieces available for purchase. Paring oversized tartans and classic blue shirts with sleek knee-high boots, the collection is both playful and pared-back. “Jacquemus is not about nightlife and clubbing and things like that,” explained Jacquemus in a recent interview. “It’s more about fruit and vegetables and rolling in the grass.”
