In her work, Canadian photographer Lissy Elle captures dreamy fine art photographs featuring fantastical and surreal elements, from people getting lost in their favorite children’s books to gracefully floating in mid-air.

Her photographs are exhibited in galleries worldwide. In a statement about her work, she says: “I discovered photography as an art-form when I was 13. It quickly became an escape from the trials of adolescence, and an excuse to soldier on […] to forge, through art, a place for yourself in the world and fight tooth and nail to stay there.”
