It became somewhat of a trend slapping all kinds of vintage and analogue filters on an Instagram snapshot, mentally patting oneself on the back for the achievement of a cool retro look, though photographer Robbie Augspurger brought this practice to the next level.

His series of glamorous headshots is a 100% retro in both styling and format that we wouldn’t think twice if we found them in an old shoebox in our parents house. The results are hilarious and brilliant, down to the very last impeccable detail.
