Anyone feels like having a 12-course meal – from a can? No? Well, you might be missing out on something, to be exact your missing out on a selection of local cheeses, pickled kobe beef, ricotta ravioli, French onion soup and rib eye steak.
+ Read More All in one can. ‘All in One’ by Chris Godfrey, initially came from his early research into his university dissertation topic – consumerism. Being interested in our consumer culture ‘and how mass things are not made to last, instead they offer a cheap alternative or quick fix. The All in One meal came from researching selling tactics employed by corporations to get you to buy their product. Tactics such as ‘buy one get one free’ or ‘all in one’.
Inspired by the original Willy Wonka film, in which Mr. Wonka creates a multi flavored, 3-course chewing gum, and by Heston Blumenthal’s creations, Chris Godfrey has successfully created a canned thought-provoking impulse with a nod to Andy Warhol.
