Allegorizing the true DNA of an arboreal form and playing with wood as a living material, French artist Benjamin Graindorge created the sculpture ‘Fallen Tree’. The sculptural yet functional object transforms the branches and trunk of a tree into a seat, emphasizing the strong nature and timeless beauty of wood. ‘Fallen Tree’ was presented by the YMER&MALTA gallery at FIAC 2015.
