Troughs By Craig Robbins

The series ‘Troughs’ by Craig Robbins is a photographic study of the life cycle of swimming pools. Mostly shot in Southern California and surrounding areas, this series focuses on the places that pools reside, as well as the cycle they can go through from a bustling resort or hotel pool to a long forgotten divot in the earth. It is interesting to observe the different ways people are able to enjoy these water troughs over time, and how time changes them.
