Kyrgyzstan By Celine Meunier

“I went to Kyrgyzstan with a friend and his tent; we horse backed in the mountains and spent some time with locals, amongst the last people to maintain a nomadic lifestyle. Around this immense unforgiving mountainous land we made few encounters, I was deeply marked by a feeling of absent presence, that we were forgotten as we went on, our being there did not matter to this place that looks like it is eternal” says the photographer Celine Meunier about her photographic journey.
