My series is based on the little visual artifacts of mobile photography which slips through our conscious and embeded into the collective vision of our generation. The little repetitions, distortions. For instance the anomaly with the panorama pictures is that when something is moving during the recording, it will transform into something else. I chose the zoo as the main location because we don’t have a steady knowledge of our “natural” habitat. So we can’t decide that an error is real or truly visual. And the artificial milieu of the zoo is also adds a special interpretation to this story.
