The Modern Restoration Of A Neoclassical Theater
- Words
- Anna Dorothea Ker
Belgian Architectural Atelier Pierre Hebbelinck designed a modern extension to the neoclassical building housing the Théâtre de Liège in the centre of the Belgian city. The project focused on creating a spacious, multipurpose expansion to the original heritage-listed theater. A combination of glass, concrete and wood were carefully selected to create an airy, harmonious atmosphere driven by tactility, sensuality and ease of movement, reflecting the building’s purpose.
