Nine Dancing Triangles

Swiss artist Felice Varini, known for his site specific geometric paintings, has conceived one of his most recent works entitled ‘Nine Dancing Triangles’. The piece depicts a collection of bold red shapes, pirouette across the barrels below. This appears from one angle as a two-dimensional, cohesive painting, however, when shifting perspective the audience sees a jumble of brightly colored lines and forms that seemingly to have no relationship to one another. the artwork was created on location at Chateau Chasse-Spleen, Moulis en Medoc in France.
