“The series ‘SARA’ is an exploration about childhood, adolescence and the transition in-between. These images question the very nature of youth, going beyond documentary into a dreamlike universe. The strong presence of my 9 year old sister represents some kind of autobiography; through her daily life, I find a parallel with my own experience of youth.”
