Hello, I would like to submit a series of film photographs. I went to Kirghizstan with a friend and his tent; we horse backed in the mountains and spent some time with locals, amongst the last people to maintain a nomadic lifestyle Around this immense unforgiving mountainous land we made few encounters, I was deeply marked by a feeling of absent presence, that we were forgotten as we went on, our being there did not matter to this place that looks like it is eternal It lets you imagine how Turkic people used to live before they emigrated from Mongolia through Central Asia and till today’s Turkey The remaining time was a more classic road trip, sleeping under then tent, hitchhiking and making fires, on a part of the Silk Road. I was amazed to find many similarities with landscapes commonly more associated to the US The whole series in high-res : Hope you’ll enjoy them & wish you a beautiful day celine
