The Lobster Complex

The Lobster complex « I decided to put myself into an anthropologist’s shoes by following the gentle touch of stranger’s looks randomly found as I wandered on social networks or in the city. The Lobster complex is a story about the relationship between these teenagers and myself. I take pictures of the atmosphere prevailing between us. What happens between us and what does not. The way I look at them and the way I may sometimes recognize myself in them. My work is based upon mutual trust. The notebook works on different levels at the same time. It is both personal and universal. My conspicuous confusion induces a vivid imagery, as a means to create an intimate bond with the spectator. »
